This place is clean with exceptional food, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities like a safe box, TV, and radio at a good price, located in a great spot with a nice restaurant nearby.

very small double bed, if you can choose, take twins. Breakfast came half an hour too late( we had to leave in time to catch our flight), very bad instant coffee..

WiFi-Internet was very unstable. The connection would be cut every other minute or so. For people who need to work during their stay, this would be a major setback.

Great value budget hotel, 5 minute walk to beach.

Jaw-droppingly cozy and spacious room with a super comfy bed. Wi-Fi is sufficient for YouTube. The balcony offers a nice view. The location is perfect, with the beach, shop, and bus stop within a 5-minute walk. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. great value for money in an amazing destination.

Good tinerfenos stuff

Very much value for money. Though the furniture was simple, the room had everything. A normal half-size fridge, tv, room safe and wifi. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a shower with very hot water and an adjustable showerhead. The breakfast (not included) was brought to my room each morning and was good, though little variation.

The beds were average quality and the tv had only spanish channels.

The room is spacious and bright with a balcony and a kitchen, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

The best thing about the Carel is actually the internet connection. The wifi was free and worked well. That is rare in both hotels and hostals in Tenerife, and almost unheard of in this part of the island. Otherwise a normal and a well-presented typical spanish pension, which is much more local than the big holiday hotels. English was spoken in reception.

Everything was ok on the inside, but there were lots of noise coming from the outside. The central location means lots of traffic and spanish people are in general really loud! And worst of all, a barking dog next door in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault, and no worse than other spanish pensions, but I did not sleep well because of the noise. .

My only wish for a better vacation experience for senior people would be for the staff to receive more training in customer service. A bit more patience and understanding from the younger individuals working there would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

Hostal Carel was great value for money, with a light and airy room, a balcony with a sea view, and a spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home during our stay.

Spacious room, including balcony and a fridge. Room was also cleaned everyday and was spotless each time we returned in the evening. The whole hotel looked nice, was clean and quiet and the location was central - near bus stop, beach and supermarket. Overall, really excellent value for money. Best place we stayed in Tenerife and we travelled around the whole island on a very tight budget.
